2010 Memory Walk Dates and Fundraising Goals are Set


Memory Walk provides a great opportunity for people just like you to support the cause by raising awareness, honoring those who deal with Alzheimer’s disease, and expanding programs and services through increased funding. Individuals, businesses, families, churches, and organizations… anyone… can join in Memory Walk.


The Charlottesville Memory Walk will be on September 11, 2010 with a goal of 826 (or more!) Walkers, 81 teams and $147,000 (or more!) in funds raised. In 2009, Charlottesville supported Memory Walk with 753 participants and $135,939 raised. Join us for the 2010 Charlottesville Memory Walk. The Roanoke Memory Walk will be on September 25, 2010 at Hollins University with a total goal of 536 (or more!) Walkers, 65 teams and $72,000 (or more!) in funds raised.
